USMS mEMBErship required to participate in glad workouts
For liability and insurance reasons, all swimmers participating in GLAD workouts must be members of US Masters Swimmers (USMS).
Annual memberships are available. The fee for standard membership is $75.
A free 30-day trial membership is also available so that swimmers can try out GLAD without immediately having to buy an annual USMS membership.
